TRANING NEEDS
As time is the most crucial factor on any site, being is short supply, taking time off to facilitate training is a very difficult balance to maintain. Therefore TMR will be actively engaging with various Sector Education Training Authorities (SETA) in order for staff to be trained up on various skills acquisition programmes on a rotation basis. On the job training continues in earnest with a traditional model of junior/inexperienced labour acquiring skills from old hands whose years’ of experience and expertise are invaluable in a fluid working environment such as a building site.
